You can setup the Call for Help functionality to send the message to a Slack Channel, this uses the in-built 'App' functionality of Slack, which is available on any plan, free or paid.

To set this up, you need to have Admin privileges in your Slack instance.

Step 1 - Setup a new App in Slack - navigate to the Slack Apps page : https://api.slack.com/apps

Step 2 - Click the Create an App button

Step 3 - Click the From Scratch option.

Step 4 - Give the App a name : ShopWise and then select your workspace, and then click Create App.

Step 5 - Click the option for Incoming Webhooks.

Step 7 - Turn this feature on, by toggling the setting.

Step 8 - This will enable the feature, next click the Add New Webhook button.

Step 9 - Now select the channel you want the notifications to go to from the channel list,
and then click the Allow button.

This completes the required Slack setup, what you now need to do is copy the URL that has been created.

Then paste this into the Call for Help settings on your Store configuration.

Now when a customer uses the Call for Help functionality, you will receive the message into your Slack channel, for examplee.
